Refund policy

Returns: Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It should be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as financial institutions may also require processing time.

Sale Items (if applicable): Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to contactuskaloneu@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
